Day 20- Starting Off Fresh

Day 20- Starting Off Fresh

Hola,
Day twenty started off real fresh! We had a great nights sleep in a comfy bed and slept in a bit. I took a nice long shower and got to shave legs. Then we went downstairs to the continental breakfast where we were not shy about eating all we could. We took or time packing up. I was sad to leave the comfort of sleeping inside, but it was so nice to start or day off  all fresh.
It sprinked right as we left the hotel. About a mile in we stopped at a small store and picked up a couple dinner items and met Caleb, the very friendly and easy to talk to employee. Outside we geared up for rain: rain coats and a big black garbage bag to cover our  packs. Of course it stopped raining after that.
Around one we opted to stop for a snack, and just as we did a kind lady pulled over and said she saw our website and asked if we wanted to relax for a minute at her store. Kim and her husband Eric recently opened a homebrew shop, so we sat and chatted over a delish coffee stout. About an hour later Kim drove us to where we left off. We had heard quite a lot about route 11 chips, so we finally got a chance to try them a few more miles down. We went through middletown, a little Erie for some reason, and found a campsite sign not too long after. We thought we would check it out, but the pricing was per person, and he was not willing to cut us a deal. We were a little bothered by his attitude, but luckily we found an excellent campsite only a mile farther.
We set up camp in time to stay dry through the whole night while it rained. We wrote some post cards, I beat Levi at yahtzee again, and we went to bed looking forward to the dennys we saw a quarter mile up for breakfast.

Good Day,
Shikira
